Clean the barrel with an oil-soaked brush and then dry it with cleaning. Once field stripped, cleaning is trivial. Using the guide rod works too, but should be unnecessary for such a gun. We began our testing expecting it to be a straightforward affair instead, we had one of the more difficult evaluations we’ve had in some time. There's a trick, which I've almost mastered that makes the assembly job pretty quick and simple. The P22 and M22 had one other thing in commonthe same inventor, Austrian designer Wolfram Krieglederwho designed the P22 for Walther, then later collaborated with ISSC on the M22.
